Prospects

CICO is currently working on several attractive prospects for its next drilling Program, which will include some of the following deals.

• Wharton County, Texas:     CICO has a large 11,500' Cook Mountain field development play with 3D seismic control with AVO amplitude anomalies.  The initial location is up dip to production.  If successful, there are four more large amplitudes to drill to develop the field.

• Wharton County, Texas:     CICO has a large 15,500' Wilcox three-way closure play with 3D seismic control with AVO amplitude anomalies.  The mapped structure has room for several well locations. 

• Wharton County, Texas:    CICO has a 9,000'  Yegua play with 3D seismic control with AVO amplitude anomalies.
